Questions about Spain
Yes — send them in writing with the order, in as much detail as you have. Each requirement is documented at the kitchen rather than passed on verbally. For a severe allergy, say so explicitly: we will confirm what can be guaranteed in that specific kitchen instead of giving you a blanket assurance.
Every item is delivered with its allergen information, in the form required by the country you depart from. If a passenger has a severe allergy, ask for the detail in writing before the flight so the cabin has it in hand at boarding.
Yes. Send it once and we hold it against the trip — you should not have to restate it at every departure. If a preferred item is out of season or unavailable in Spain, we propose an alternative rather than substitute in silence.
Yes, ordered and packed separately from the cabin, with their own labelling. We ask for crew requirements at the same time as the cabin order.
Often, if we know early enough. A named product, a particular wine, a specific bakery — raise it at the request stage and we confirm whether it can be had in Spain in time for your slot. Where it cannot, you get a documented alternative before the order is confirmed.
