What we deliver

Cooked for the cabin

Cabin food built for the aircraft, not for a restaurant table. Breakfast trays, cold courses that hold through a long leg, hot dishes that reheat cleanly in a galley oven, and crew meals on the same order. Every item is portioned, labelled and packed for your galley — private jet catering that arrives ready to serve, with allergens listed plainly on each dish.

Real chefs, real local sourcing

Your menus are built by a named private jet chef based near your airport — not an anonymous platform.

Each private jet chef cooks to their own region, sources fresh from local producers and short supply chains, and stays your single point of contact from first request to wheels-up. Inflight jet catering with a real kitchen and a name behind it. Search your airport to meet the chef who covers it.

Sourcing

Fresh, sourced close to the ramp

Our private jet catering is cooked to your region and bought short — local markets, named producers, fresh and in season. A request placed the night before leaves as produce bought that morning. It is what separates real inflight jet catering from a reheated tray.

Crew meals, packed apart

Crew meals go on the same order as the cabin service, so you raise one request, read one confirmation, and deal with one person. They are cooked in the kitchen that covers your airport, by the chef who cooks the cabin trays, then boxed and labelled apart from them so nothing reaches the wrong trolley. Pilot meals follow the rule you set: separate portions, different dishes across the flight deck, and allergens written out in plain words on every label. It is the protocol you get for the cabin, not a lighter version of it.

Ordering and lead time

You can order private jet catering straight from the menu, or describe the flight and let the kitchen build it. Either way you send the airport, the aircraft, the departure time and the number of seats. A private jet catering quote comes back with a price per item and allergens on every line, typically within 30 minutes. Late changes are part of the ordinary week: a slot that moves, two more seats, a diet added at the gate.
