Send the request as early as your schedule allows and we will tell you what is achievable for your slot. Short notice is normal in business aviation, not an exception, and we work with it. If something on the order cannot be sourced in time, you hear it from us before you commit — not on the ramp.
Yes, up to the point where preparation starts. Passenger numbers, timings and individual items can all move. Tell us and you get written confirmation of what is still possible.
One contact, from the first request to wheels-up. You do not repeat a passenger’s preferences to a dispatcher, then a kitchen, then a driver. If the departure moves to another airport we cover, the same contact follows the order there.
To the aircraft where the airport and your handling agent allow it, otherwise to the FBO or the handling desk you nominate. Give us the FBO and the handling agent with the order and we coordinate with them directly. The delivery point is confirmed in writing before the day.
Airport, date and departure time, passenger and crew numbers, and anything we have to work around: allergies, dietary requirements, a preference sheet, galley limitations. An itemised quote follows, typically within 30 minutes.
