Questions about Norway
Yes, directly. Give us the handling agent and the FBO with the order and we handle access, timing and the delivery point ourselves. You are copied on what is agreed, without having to relay it.
High loader capability exists at part of the network, not at every airport — it depends on the airport and on the equipment available on site. Ask when you request the catering and we confirm for your aircraft and your airport, rather than promise it as standard.
Tell us as soon as you know. Timing changes are routine and the delivery is re-planned around the new slot where the airport allows it. If a change is late enough to affect what can be prepared properly, we say so instead of sending something that will not hold.
We are reachable 24/7, and early and late deliveries are part of the work. Night and early-morning slots depend on airport access and on your handling agent — confirm the slot with us and we will tell you what is workable there.
Items are packed for an aircraft, not for a restaurant table: sized for galley storage, labelled, and with reheating instructions where they matter. Tell us the aircraft type and the galley equipment and the packing is adjusted to it.
